We are delighted to invite you to the first IEEE Workshop on Electrical Power Systems and Applications in Mountain and Alpine Contexts, a unique event that combines technical education, scientific discussion, and practical insights into the electrification of alpine regions. The workshop will take place from Monday June 22th to Thursday June 25th, offering an engaging program that caters to researchers, students, and professionals alike. ETECH4D IEEE Workshop aims to explore innovative solutions and research advancements in the field of electrical engineering applied to alpine environments.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Authors are kindly requested to submit their paper digests in the IEEE two-column format by 20 April 2026, using the provided template accessible HERE.

Authors are reminded that the paper digest should consist of a maximum of 4 pages (excluding references) and include sections such as introduction, methodology, and provisional results.
Notification of provisionnal acceptance will be sent to authors by 10 May 2026. The Final Paper Submission deadline is on 30 May 2026. Your final paper is definively accepted once your regitration is completed.
The final full paper has to comply with the IEEE template available and has to be uploaded in IEEE Xplore compatible pdf.
